Watercolor Painting Studio
This course will help students execute paintings of their own subject matter. Guidance and critique from the teacher will focus on composition, color mixing, value and technique. Students will use photos to develop their own painting style. This course will allow students to grow their skills in a fun, supportive environment. Snapology: (February Break) STEM, LEGOS, ROBOTICS, & MORE! - Ages 6-9

Build away with friends at Prescott! From fun, themed programs using LEGO® bricks to STEM/STEAM programs, Robotics, Movie-Making, and Drones, your children will be engaged from the minute they walk in the door. Each session will include two project activities with a 20-minute break in between. Wednesday, Feb 19, 9:00-12:00 PM – Mega Machines Robotics In this machinery-focused robotics program, your engineer will explore the basics of robotics while building some pretty spectacular vehicles with their classmates! While working with a partner to complete various challenges, your student will be taught how to effectively utilize sensors, how different mechanical components work in their robots, and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with just a little practice. We will support them in the development of their coding and building skills and inspire them with creative building challenges. Thursday, Feb 20, 12:30 PM-3:30 PM - AttackBots In this exciting program, students will build a variety of military-inspired robots that will respond to their programmed commands. While working with a partner to solve the various challenges, your student will be challenged to understand how to effectively utilize a sensor, how different mechanical components can alter the power and speed of their machine, and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with just a little practice. We will support them in the development of their coding and building skills and inspire them with games and challenges using the robots they build with their partner. They're going to have a BLAST! **Parent/Guardian is NOT required to stay for this program.**

Snapology: (WINTER/SPRING) STEM, LEGOS, ROBOTICS, & MORE! - Ages 6-9

Build away with friends on early release days at Prescott! With dozens of programs to choose from, there’s something for everyone. From fun, themed programs using LEGO® bricks to STEM / STEAM programs, Robotics, Movie-Making, and Drones, your children will be engaged from the minute they walk in the door. Each session will include two project activities with a 20-minute break in between. Students can bring their lunch and drinks to Prescott at 12:30 PM before the class or arrive at the class at 1:00 PM. January 10th – Mining and Building - EPIC Minecraft® Do you think you know everything there is to know about Minecraft® and more? In Snapology’s EPIC Minecraft®, you are going to be put to the test. Your knowledge is going to be challenged in games of crafting and creating. What ideas can you create in EPIC Minecraft® - perhaps something that you nether thought of before. Come see if your skills are worthy at Snapology's EPIC Minecraft®! February 7th – Pre-Historic Robotics Workshop In this dinosaur-focused workshop, your builder will explore the basics of robotics while building some really awesome creatures! While working with a partner to complete the building instructions and debug their robot's program, your student will be taught how different mechanical components work in their robots and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with just a little practice. We will support them in the development of their coding and building skills and inspire them with fun dinosaur facts and creative building activities! March 7th – Castles, Kingdoms, and Wizards Who wouldn’t want to escape and play in the world of magic, fairytales, and royalty? In Snapology’s Castles & Kingdoms program, students will use LEGO® bricks to design their medieval fantasies while bringing real history to life! Yes, your student will do more than just build with LEGO® bricks, they will build their historical understanding of the unique elements that make the medieval time such a fascinating point in human history. April 4th – Brick City and Mini-Figure Mania Does your builder enjoy designing beautiful buildings and cities for their mini-figures? If so, this workshop is the perfect space for your young architect or city planner to sharpen their design and building skills! In this workshop, students will learn all about the importance of collaboration, careful planning, and skillful execution of their building plans. May 2nd – Animation Studio Create amazing movies with stop motion animation using LEGO® bricks. Children will work in teams to produce their very own movie complete with dialogue and sound effects. Movies are uploaded to a secure site for family and friends to see how cool they are! Menopause is a hot topic of late with everyone from Oprah to Drew Barrymore shining the spotlight on this life stage. The amount of information can feel overwhelming at best and discouraging at worst. Join Master Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Menopause Fitness Specialist Kerry Ann Madden as she helps you understand what is going on in your body, how you can find solutions for your symptoms, improve your quality of life, and navigate the journey to optimize your next phase in life! Tiny Tots: Sensory Play & Art - Ages 0-3
Sensory Play
Participants in this 4-day adventure will enjoy the wholesome fun of sensory exploration. Youngsters and their caregivers will have the opportunity to get their hands messy with various materials. Participants may want to bring a change of clothes. 1st Child Class $70 | Material fee $10 2nd Child Class $40 | Material fee $10 **Parent/Guardian is required to stay for the class.**

Tour of Viñales and Havana, Cuba – A 10 Day Cultural & Educational Experience

Information Session for a 10 Day Tour of Viñales and Havana, Cuba in 2026 **There are currently 2 spots open for the 2025 Tour. Please email (connectwithus@prescottscc.org) or call (978-877-6933) the office if you are interested in the 2025 Tour.** Nick DePasquale, a US-based host/tour leader, and an award-winning photographer, will lead a small group of 8 travelers to visit the valley and fields of Viñales and the capital Havana for a 10-day tour in 2026. Nick will guide you through the trip preparation and join you for the trip. This is a cultural and educational experience in support of the Cuban people. He will offer two information sessions about the trip and registration. Highlights: 1. Visit unique locations that most visitors do not have the opportunity to visit 2. Cuba-based tour operators and guides 3. A small group of 8 travelers 4. All travel once in Cuba is included 5. Private driver and comfortable vehicle 6. Lodging in privately owned homes and hotels 7. Meals in privately owned restaurants Dates & Prices: Feb 1, 2026 - Feb 11, 2026 Prices are estimated at around USD 5,000 per person. Airfare is not included. The fees are deposited in three increments, April 1st, July 15th, and November 1st. No refunds once the first deposit is paid unless a replacement person is found. If the trip organizer cancels the trip, they will initiate a full refund to all the registrants. There are some other terms and conditions that may apply. Nick will discuss them during the info sessions. The fee includes: All transportation once in Cuba in a private van and private driver All accommodations while in Cuba All Breakfasts Most lunches – some will be on your own Most dinners include a “Lechon” (a roasted pig.) Traditional Rug Hooking for Beginners

Winter doldrums? Brighten things up by delving into the exciting, colorful world of traditional rug hooking. In this four-week program, you will learn the easy technique of pulling wool loops from a foundation fabric to create a beautiful hooked piece and everything you need to know regarding necessary equipment, finishing techniques, transferring patterns, and engaging in the rug hooking community. Each student will be supplied with a kit including the pattern, hand-dyed wool, hook, and supplies needed to execute and finish a 12" x 12" hooked mat. Students will be provided with a loaner frame with a $65 refundable deposit. This is to be paid directly to the instructor during the first class via cash, check, or Venmo. When the frame is returned at the end of the last class your $65 deposit will be returned. Class $200 | Material fee $20

Valentine's Cookie Decorating

Grab your friends and family for a fun evening of cookie decorating! This cookie decorating class is perfect for beginners to learn the basics of cookie decorating along with the different consistencies of using royal icing to decorate with. The class will begin with a practice sheet and then move on to the Valentine-themed cookies. You will learn to outline and flood cookies and use "wet on wet" techniques with multiple colors. We will also share some paintable cookies for the younger crowd. The instructor will prepare the materials, cookies, and frostings beforehand. You just show up and enjoy the evening. Each student will leave with six decorated cookies and a recipe to try your new talents at home. This is a class for beginners and intermediate decorators. Cookies are baked in a residential kitchen that handles milk, egg, soy, wheat, tree nut, peanut, and fish ingredients. Cookies contain Wheat, milk, and egg. * The cookies we decorate in class may not be the cookies pictured above. * Class $40 | Material Fee $20

This course is for students that have taken my beginner watercolor class or have basic watercolor skills. The course will build on the basics of color mixing, composition, value and watercolor techniques. Through guided instruction and a step by step demonstration process, together we’ll paint various subjects. This will allow you to grow your skills in a fun, supportive environment. A material list will be supplied prior to the start of class. Materials are not included in the course registration fee. Yoga Fusion is a Hatha type of yoga with focus on alignment, balance and breathing techniques in a slower paced flow than a vinyasa class. I generally include postures with longer holds from Yin yoga which makes it a fusion of Yin and Yang disciplines. I will incorporate music and poetry to enhance our shared experience together and strive to offer many options and accommodations for every body- I do believe yoga is for everyone! Wednesday classes are in-person at Prescott and Friday classes are online. *Registration prior to class is required.
