Buona Conversazione! Beginner Italian Conversation!
This class is an introductory course focused on Italian conversation. We will explore various topics, including Italian culture, geography, pronunciation, and grammar, all while having fun in an interactive environment. The class provides the community with an opportunity to learn basic Italian conversation skills and become comfortable interacting with Italians during various activities when visiting Italy. Instructor Alessandro looks forward to sharing this experience with you.The instructor will email attendees the materials before each class. Attendees may view the materials on their devices or print them out themselves.

Pickleball: Skills & Drills
Sport
This class is designed for beginner to low intermediate level players who want to practice their shots and improve their pickleball skills through weekly play. The last twenty minutes will focus on match play with rotations. **Prerequisite: Learn to Play Pickleball** The instructor will review the students' levels and contact those who have mismatched levels.

Beginner Yoga
Yoga
Yoga practice begins with attention to the body and breath and is intended for everyone as part of a healthy lifestyle. We will practice a gentle Hatha based yoga that uses a combination of foundational yoga poses with the longer holds of Yin yoga, all with a focus on alignment, body awareness and breath practices. The pace is slower to allow for questions, individual assists and meditation practices within each class.

Core Strength and Conditioning
Exercise
This class is for those who want to build strength, especially in their core, glutes, and shoulders. After age 35, we start losing muscle mass which can lead to a host of problems, but the good news is, if you are intentional with your exercise routine, you can build new muscle at any age! In this class, we will use progressive overload (repeating movements with multiple sets) to fatigue our muscles and thus build strength. All exercises are designed to be safe and effective. All abilities are welcome, no previous experience is required. Variations and modifications will always be given to work within your limits while still challenging yourself. Building a strong body helps to prevent injury, lose fat, and create a lifestyle where movement is accessible as we age. **You are required to bring a yoga mat and water.** Here is what they are saying about Emma's Core Strength & Conditioning Class: "Emma is very motivating, always positive!" Yoga Fusion
Yoga
Yoga Fusion is a Hatha type of yoga with focus on alignment, balance and breathing techniques in a slower paced flow than a vinyasa class. I generally include postures with longer holds from Yin yoga which makes it a fusion of Yin and Yang disciplines. I will incorporate music and poetry to enhance our shared experience together and strive to offer many options and accommodations for every body- I do believe yoga is for everyone! Wednesday classes are in-person at Prescott and Friday classes are online. *Registration prior to class is required. Pilates with Props
Exercise
Pilates with Props will use props such as the fitness circle, small balls, weights, and bands to intensify, support, and aid in muscle firing to build strength. The class is appropriate for all levels. You may bring a thick towel or workout blanket for additional support. If you have an issue the instructor needs to be sensitive about (such as recent surgery, health conditions, etc.), please let Courtney know before class. Please consult your doctor before attending class if you have any health conditions. Please bring a mat, towel, water bottle, and stretch band (optional).
