Pilates with Props will use props such as the fitness circle, small balls, weights, and bands to intensify, support, and aid in muscle firing to build strength. The class is appropriate for all levels. You may bring a thick towel or workout blanket for additional support. If you have an issue the instructor needs to be sensitive about (such as recent surgery, health conditions, etc.), please let Courtney know before class. Please consult your doctor before attending class if you have any health conditions. Please bring a mat, towel, water bottle, and stretch band (optional).

Prescott’s First Storytelling Night! Join us for our very first storytelling event — an evening for those who have a story to share and for those who simply love to listen. This season’s theme is inspired by spring and new beginnings — stories of growth, transformation, fresh starts, exploration, growing pains, or stepping out of your shell. However you interpret it, we want to hear your true story. Stories must be real, told live on a small stage with a microphone, and are strictly limited to 7 minutes per person. They can be funny, heartfelt, surprising, or deeply moving. Join us to share your voice, meet new people, and connect with our community. Come tell. Come listen. Come belong. Registration is required for all guests, including storytellers and the audience. After you have registered as a Storyteller, join us for two FREE optional workshops to help you prepare. Owen Shuman and Julia Bucci will offer: Preparing Your Story — March 15 | 4:00–6:00 PM Practice Session — March 22 | 4:00–6:00 PM These workshops are optional but designed to help you feel confident and ready for the stage.
