Refunds for Class Withdrawals PolicyWe hope you never have to cancel your enrollment in a class! In order to be fair to our students and our instructors who are preparing their courses, the following cancellation policies are in effect: 1. Full refunds or credits for a future Prescott class will be given for any class that is canceled by Prescott. 2. A refund or credit of the fee less a 10% processing fee will be given if you withdraw 3 days or more prior to the start of the class. 3. No refunds will be given if you withdraw 2 days or fewer prior to the class or after the class has begun. 4. If a single session of a class is canceled we will do our best to schedule a make-up session. If a make-up session cannot be scheduled, we will prorate a refund. No refunds will be given for inability to attend a make-up session.2026 Summer Fun Kids Programs (June 15-August 31) Refunds for Class Withdrawals1.
