Students are required to bring: yoga mat, blocks and straps, towel, & water

Sonal is a Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher and NASM-certified Fitness Specialist dedicated to guiding students toward balance, strength, and inner harmony. With several years of teaching experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga, she creates mindful and accessible practices that honor both tradition and modern wellness needs. Passionate about women’s health, she supports students through pre/post-natal and menopause transitions with compassion and care. Drawing from her background as a medical scientist, Sonal brings a holistic, science-informed approach to yoga, helping students build resilience, release stress, and connect deeply with mind, body, and breath.
