Each session offers thoughtful prompts, reflective writing, and optional sharing—all held within a restorative environment where you can slow down, feel heard, and connect with others on a similar path. You don’t need to be a “writer” to join—just come as you are, with a willingness to explore your inner voice.

I am a wife, a mother, and a licensed social worker who knows what it means to carry invisible loads of juggling emotions, thoughts, and the constant demands of daily life. I have led workshops on journaling and self-care, creating restorative spaces where people who do it all can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing begins with honest connection and the simple act of being heard.
