The Carlson family of Harvard, MA, who maintained their family business since 1936, growing high-quality apples and making apple products, turned to New England Apple Products, a local family company with over 150 years of cider-making experience when their cider business outgrew what their orchard could handle. Steve and Dave Rowse of New England Apple Products moved their cider operation to Leominster, MA where the Rouse brothers continue to press and bottle Carlson's sweet cider. Paul Correnti is the cider maker and chief Fermenting Officer.
