Grilling is one of the most popular cooking methods in America. How can we make the perfect grill every time? What types of grills are best for various types of food? In this program, Steve Brunelle will give a presentation on the grilling basics, methods, and types of grills. A hands-on cookout demonstration with chicken, steak tips, vegetables, and seafood will follow afterward. All the attendees will enjoy cooking and the food together.

Steve Brunelle is an active Prescott volunteer and has conducted many successful programs at PCC, including Fly Fishing, Travel, Hiking and Fly Fishing. He loves to cook outside on his grills and smokers, and is experienced with all methods, from Charcoal and Wood BBQ to grilling a wide range of meats and vegetables on gas grills. He enjoys helping others, by sharing his experiences, knowledge and insights.
