This workshop is excellent for ladies who are expecting or recently postpartum and who have questions about best practices during and after pregnancy regarding pelvic floor and abdominal function. We will start the workshop off with an info session, where you will learn:
There will also be time for questions and answers at the end. Following the info session, we will have a 60-minute yoga movement practice to implement some of the best practices we’ve learned about. This will be a slow-flow class and accessible to all levels and abilities.
Following our movement class, we will have time for tea, healthy snacks, and an opportunity to meet each other. This is such a transformative stage of life, and having support along the way makes all the difference!
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat and water.
Emma has been teaching yoga since 2012. She did her pre and post natal yoga training in 2016, and taught pre and postnatal yoga through both of her pregnancies in 2017 and 2020. She loves helping women to have a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery, where they feel confident, capable, and informed during this transformative time.
