Doing yoga in a chair offers the same benefits as on a mat. Stretching and breathing are possible anywhere. Come experience moving in whatever way you are able, and connecting to your breath and yourself. This is available to women, men, and adolescents.

Barbara Rich, M. Ed, has been teaching Yoga/Meditation-in-Movement in Groton for the last 30 years. Born in 1934, your instructor, Barbara, achieved her Kripalu Yoga teacher training certification at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA. She teaches weekly yoga classes in her private, peaceful yoga studio in Groton.
She has found that F.E.A.R is often False Evidence Appearing Real. Through the ancient practices of meditation, mindfulness and Yoga,all of us can change our brain circuitry.
Barbara offers many strategies for taking Yoga “off the mat” into everyday life.
