With Spring's florals and botanicals it can only mean one thing, it's GIN Season! Mixologist Miguel Salguero gave us a tour of how gin has developed its own deserved place in the liquor industry with the addition of juniper berries and an endless array of other botanicals like spices or herbs last spring. Gins are becoming very trendy in bars, especially Western-style drinks! Miquel is back to discuss other cocktails we can mix up with gin. Here is what the class will be making:
Negroni Cocktail: Gin, vermouth rosso (red, semi-sweet), and Campari
Aviation Gin Cocktail:Gin, maraschino liqueur, crème de violette and lemon juice
Bee’s Knees Cocktail: Prohibition-era cocktail made with gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey
