Decorate a Winter-Inspired Cake

Adult & Family Programs / Food & Drink -
Prescott CC - 2024 PROGRAM CATALOG

Learn how to assemble and decorate a layered cake with TinyLineyBakery! A beginner-friendly cake decorating class will equip you with the basic skills to frost a lovely, layered cake that is Winter-inspired! The instructor will bake a 4-inch 2-layer cake and prepare the frosting from scratch for each participant before the class. Participants will learn basic piping patterns, frosting designs, and ultimately stacking, frosting, and decorating a cake. Short-sleeved shirts are recommended as frosting use can be messy and dangling sleeves can touch the cake. If desired, participants can bring an apron too. Cake boxes will be included so participants can bring their creations home! All cake and icing will be nut-free.

Class $40 | Material fee $15

Karoline Hartner

Baker

My name is Karoline Hartner and I've been a Pepperell resident for eighteen years. I am twenty one years old and currently attend Franklin Pierce University. Outside of my studies, I have grown a small business out of my home kitchen called TinyLineyBakery. Baking from scratch with real, pure ingredients is my passion and what I believe makes a tasty, beautiful cake! I mostly bake cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and a few other staples, though, I love a challenge and will try baking any request! I am happy to customize and brainstorm with clients any designs and features to personalize their desserts. I also offer gluten free options and will try my hardest to satisfy any other allergies. I love to learn and grow and appreciate all customers who support my small business.
