In this hands-on maker workshop, kids will act as architects and builders as they design and construct their own miniature cardboard house. Using recycled cardboard, simple building techniques, and plenty of creative materials, students will cut, attach, and decorate walls, doors, windows, and roofs to create a unique structure.
We will explore design, engineering, and problem-solving, learning how artists and builders turn simple materials into imaginative spaces. Each student will leave with a unique cardboard house and new maker skills.
All materials are provided.
