Curious about yoga and wondering, “Is yoga for me?”
The answer is "Yes" — yoga is for everyone!
The class is suitable for anyone over the age of 15.
Jennifer discovered yoga at age 18, drawn to its spiritual depth as much as its physical benefits. Over the years, she has practiced various styles, with a strong connection to Kripalu yoga. As a young mother, yoga became a lifeline, helping her manage anxiety and depression and find emotional balance.
In 2020, during the pandemic, Jennifer recommitted to her practice with daily sessions inspired by Yoga with Adriene. This deepened her connection to the practice, ultimately leading her to complete her 200-hour teacher training at Kripalu in February 2025.
Jennifer’s classes are grounded in the belief that yoga is for everyone. She creates a welcoming space for students of all levels to experience the benefits of mindful movement and breath. Through asana and pranayama, she helps students build awareness, resilience, and a deeper connection between body and mind.
