Laura Santiano has been making ice cream at her father's restaurant, Johnson's Restaurant and Dairy Bar, Groton, MA, since she was 14 years old. She will share the "secrets" of how Johnson's makes their yummy ice cream, fun historical facts, and sample their ice cream! Laura will also demonstrate how to make the cream from scratch so you can do it from home.

Please bring your favorite reusable ice cream bowl/dish and utensil to enjoy this amazing ice cream while supporting the environment. We will help to clean afterward. Lastly, don't forget to a food container with lid to bring home any extras.
Johnson's Restaurant and Dairy Bar has been owned by my family for over 30 years, I make over 40 flavors of homemade ice cream. I started making ice cream at Johnson's at the age of 14 summer of 1998.
