Welcome to preschool gymnastics! In this 45-minute class, kids will run, jump, skip, stretch, and much more! The class starts with warm-up exercises followed by activities and obstacle courses. Each week, we will have a different obstacle course and incorporate a different "skill of the week" like headstands, flip, cartwheels, and somersaults! Preschool gymnastics is FUN and improves balance, strength, and coordination. Parent participation is recommended for students ages 1-2.

Welcome to the world of recreational gymnastics! I grew up in Groton, recently married, and moved back to town. I was a gymnast for many years and currently coach competitive gymnastics at Planet Gymnastics in Acton, MA. I miss my days of working with little kids! In gymnastics, we will say: "Begin here, go ANYWHERE!" Gymnastics at a young age improves strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and many other skills that prove helpful in life, regardless of whether you pursue gymnastics, or not! I love working with kids and introducing these important life skills in the form of fun and games.
