The Dragon Boat Festival, 端午節, is a traditional Chinese holiday which occurs on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. The holiday is celebrated by holding dragon boat races and eating sticky rice dumplings called zongzi 粽子. In this class, we will make and enjoy this traditional food together. You may build a dragon boat at Groton Riverfest on June 9th!
