"The instructor was absolutely amazing! Excellent presentation rich with information, history, and culture. Way beyond my expectations. He had a great sense of humor and rapport with the audience. Loved the stories that he shared with the audience. I learned so much. He helped out attendees to make margaritas and brought many different kinds of ingredients for the audience to try. The food was also extremely good. I highly recommend this class."
"The instructor was great! Super knowledgeable and gave really excellent instruction. I also like the hands-on nature of the class, where he let each of us practice the process he taught us - that really makes it stick!"
"Very personable. Excellent knowledge of the science of the drink. Responded to questions very well. As we were making our drinks towards the end of the class, he moved very well around the crowd talking to people and answering questions."
