This introduction to crochet class is for beginners AND anyone who wants to improve their skills or technique. You will learn the techniques to create your projects and enable you to crochet evenly with all thread and yarn sizes. Initial supplies will be provided. The instructor will provide the materials. However, if you have a pattern and supplies that you want to start or continue, bring them to the class.

In this DIY class, you will learn how to sew a top from a basic pattern including making alterations to a basic pattern, cutting your pattern, and sewing it together with your sewing machine. You will learn about hemming, creating gathers, and binding a neckline along with the basics of garment construction. You will bring your sewing machine and supply your materials based on a supply list. Participants will be expected to already know how to use their sewing machine independently, but do not need any significant sewing experience.
