February Break Arts & Crafts Fun - Ages 5-11
Bring creative magic to life for this February Vacation! Kids will dive into adorable and creative winter arts and crafts to make the season warm and colorful. Multiple art stations will be set up, allowing children to complete one quick craft or spend more time creating several projects. They’ll explore paint, yarn, felt, beads, and other fun materials as they make unique works to bring home.Cost: $45Material Fee: $5 Different arts/crafts are set up each day so that the kids can enjoy both days. **Parent/Guardian is NOT required to stay for this class.**

Adult, Child & Infant CPR with AED & First Aid

This intensive three-hour course covers adult/child CPR and AED, adult/child/infant choking, and infant CPR. Following the course, you will be comfortable assessing a victim, checking for breathing, performing rescue breaths and chest compressions, and activating the emergency response system. You will also learn how to help someone who is choking, respond in other emergency situations, and use an AED. An American Heart Association course completion card good for two years will be emailed to participants following the course. **Optional: bring a yoga mat or towel for comfort during the hands on portion.** Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certification e-card within 2 weeks of your class date. To claim your card, you can either: Login to your American Heart Association account at heart.org/cpr/mycards. Check your email! It will be emailed to you directly from the American Heart Association (eCards@heart.org) with the subject line "Claim your AHA eCard". This groundbreaking film shines a light on the often‑misunderstood phase of perimenopause — a transition that can begin in the mid‑30s and influence everything from mood and energy to relationships and daily life. Whether you're noticing changes, want to understand what’s ahead, or hope to better support someone you love, this event offers clarity, validation, and practical tools you can use right away. Join us for the Spring Solstice with a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help you pause, reflect, and reset. This immersive experience features the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments that invite the body and mind into deep relaxation.
