Gather your party of heroes and prepare for a summer of fun and adventure!
This summer enrichment course is centered on Dungeons & Dragons (D&D), the world’s most popular tabletop role-playing game and a member of the National Toy Hall of Fame. D&D is a collaborative storytelling game set in a fantasy world where players face challenging puzzles, mysteries, and dangerous monsters - all while creating an original, unfolding heroic tale! Players develop original characters who learn and grow from their choices, becoming heroes by overcoming challenges together.
This program uses D&D as an educational tool to develop critical thinking, creative writing, teamwork, leadership, mathematical skills, and social-emotional learning in a structured, inclusive classroom environment.
Please bring a nut-free snack and full water bottle. You are welcome to bring dice, pencil and paper, and any Dungeons & Dragons books you would like to bring. I will be bringing all of that and more!
