Adult, Child & Infant CPR with AED & First Aid
Health & Wellness
This intensive three-hour course covers adult/child CPR and AED, adult/child/infant choking, and infant CPR. Following the course, you will be comfortable assessing a victim, checking for breathing, performing rescue breaths and chest compressions, and activating the emergency response system. You will also learn how to help someone who is choking, respond in other emergency situations, and use an AED. An American Heart Association course completion card good for two years will be emailed to participants following the course. **Optional: bring a yoga mat or towel for comfort during the hands on portion.** Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certification e-card within 2 weeks of your class date. To claim your card, you can either: Login to your American Heart Association account at heart.org/cpr/mycards. Check your email! It will be emailed to you directly from the American Heart Association (eCards@heart.org) with the subject line "Claim your AHA eCard". An 8-week transformational coaching program designed to help you achieve clarity, confidence, and vibrancy as you age. Evidence-Based and Clinician-Approved Medically reviewed Learn what’s driving changes and symptoms, and discover practical, science-backed strategies — from lifestyle adjustments to evidence-informed therapies. Guidance and Support Experts and friends You aren't alone! Your Menopause Certified Course Instructor will guide you in personalizing your journey and providing helpful advice. You'll develop community and support with your fellow participants in our weekly live sessions. Self-Paced and Accessible Lessons Made for your busy life Whether you have 2 minutes or an hour, our self-paced modules fit your schedule and lifestyle. Lessons are accessible on mobile devices, tablets, and your computer. All sessions will be recorded, so if you can't attend, you can view the replay.
