Guided Owl Walk
Join Scott Wilson, an avid birder, for an evening hike along the wooded trails to listen for who's hootin' in the woods and search for the most mysterious owls in the area. We may see Great Horned Owl, Barred Owl, or Northern Saw-whet Owl on the walk. Attendees please dress appropriately for the weather and bring binoculars.

Yoga for Back Care
Yoga
Our modern day society is full of sitting! We sit behind computers, on phones, in the car, at the dinner table, you get the idea! Our bodies weren’t designed for all of this sitting, and it can take a real toll on our structural alignment. You will leave this series feeling taller, longer, and armed with the skills needed to incorporate a back care routine into your everyday life. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Here is what they are saying about Emma's Class: "This is my third session with Emma and they just keep getting better. She is very flexible with the format and adjusts to meet the classes needs. I will definitely register for the next session." "Emma is a great yoga instructor. She changes up the class to fit our needs but is always pushing us to be better." "Good structure and knowledgeable instructor." "Time is good. Class size is good. Emma the instructor is wonderful."

Core Strength and Conditioning
Exercise
This class is for those who want to build strength, especially in their core, glutes, and shoulders. After age 35, we start losing muscle mass which can lead to a host of problems, but the good news is, if you are intentional with your exercise routine, you can build new muscle at any age! In this class, we will use progressive overload (repeating movements with multiple sets) to fatigue our muscles and thus build strength. All exercises are designed to be safe and effective. All abilities are welcome, no previous experience is required. Variations and modifications will always be given to work within your limits while still challenging yourself. Building a strong body helps to prevent injury, lose fat, and create a lifestyle where movement is accessible as we age. **You are required to bring a yoga mat and water.**
