Yoga practice begins with attention to the body and breath and is intended for everyone as part of a healthy lifestyle. We will practice a gentle Hatha based yoga that uses a combination of foundational yoga poses with the longer holds of Yin yoga, all with a focus on alignment, body awareness and breath practices. The pace is slower to allow for questions, individual assists and meditation practices within each class.

Jacqueline Frey, a yogi for close to 20 years, has trained at the Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Buddha Nest Yoga (Anne Dries) and most recently with Jason Crandall and is a certified instructor (RYT-500) for over 5 years. Her primary work as a Physician Assistant helps to inform this healthful practice with emphasis on building strength and aging well.
